How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and ice packs during warmer months or when shipping to hot climates to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
Are Godiva chocolates kosher certified?
Most of our chocolate products are OU-D certified kosher, though specific seasonal items may vary. Please check the product packaging or individual product pages for the kosher symbol.
What is the shelf life of Godiva chocolates?
To enjoy the finest quality, we recommend consuming our truffles and pralines within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Solid chocolate bars can last up to several months when stored in a cool, dry place.
Do you offer options for people with nut allergies?
While some products do not contain nuts as an active ingredient, all of our chocolates are manufactured in a facility that handles tree nuts and peanuts, so we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.
