At Godiva, we strive to ensure every chocolate experience is perfect; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the food item has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact our Guest Services team within 15 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.

Upon delivery, please immediately examine your chocolates for any signs of transit damage or melting, ensuring the tamper-evident seal is intact.

If there is an issue with your order, email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the quality concern.

To help us maintain our high standards, please attach clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping packaging to your inquiry.

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a fresh replacement shipment at no additional cost.
